The COVID pandemic, the accelerating climate crisis, and the ongoing atrocities of
humans against animals have all strengthened my belief that we need to protect our natural world and all her creatures for the sake of our children and future generations. Now more than ever.
Praanada, which means life-giving, is our humble effort to do our bit.
Anupama Sharma is the Founder and Executive Director of Praanada. She has an extensive background in the technical and nonprofit industry. She has a Masters in Computer Science and an MPA in nonprofit management. She has previously held leadership positions in nonprofit organizations like Pick-a-fight and Mercy Beyond Borders.
Claire Andrews spent twenty years in corporate law, with leadership roles spanning strategy, budget responsibility, and people management. She has lived in Europe, Asia, and the US, and is now focussing her attention towards non-profit organizations supporting native habitat preservation and humanitarian causes.
Aditi brings over 18 years of experience as a leader in driving large-scale business transformations. Passionate about giving back, Aditi has volunteered with organizations like Pratham, SaveOurSunnySkies, and animal welfare organizations, where she actively fosters animals in need.
Carolyn Taylor has a strong track record in operations leadership in the information technology industry. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and an MBA. Her nonprofit leadership experience includes serving as president for a community Toastmaster’s Club.
